    Great food! Others have complained of a long wait time or food not at the right temp. I've noticed that's mostly due to Grubhub/Uber drivers though and how long it takes them to get from south side to north side (unusually long at times, was over an hour last I tried). I normally buy online then go pickup myself. Food is always fresh, no issues.

    Best sushi in south Bethlehem. Only sushi in south Bethlehem. Lunchbox lunch special ( 11 bucks ) is good. Available 11 am to 2 pm. Server is very nice. Plate should have had more ginger and the striped sea bass was slightly frozen , very cold and crunchy. Chef said that no sushi is frozen. ( it was ) I didn't eat the 2 sashimi pieces, nothing was compensated. Good server , the food hit or miss. The occasionally lackluster Sushi quality in the Allentown area represents the lack of local sushi competition. Bethlehem patrons seem to not mind. Best sushi places are in west allentown/ cedar crest and tilman street area.

    Good sushi rolls, however the menu prices are not correct. Ordered three rolls that totalled $15.50 but was charged $21.50.
